this hotel exceeded my expectations I had a huge room with 2 shower rooms, the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms is amazing, 24 hour room service which was great prices to, 5 bd extra a night for a balcony with amazing views, facilities including the pool had a great view over the entire Manama skyline, the staff were so helpful, I had booked for 3 nights as I was going to go to another hotel but had to extend as had such amazing time ! thankyiu guys so much I can’t wait to come back with love from the UK 🇬🇧

This is my second time staying at the Jewel hotel. The reception staff are friendly and check in and check out was quick. Room is great, you get a lot of space and facilities for what you are paying, although the kitchen is half useless since there are no plates, utensils or working stove. You still get to use the fridge and microwave I guess. Shower is great with plenty of hot water and strong water pressure. Parking is good. No complains at all and a great value for the money.

Sultan

Room was spacious and clean more than good enough to relax myself during the stay. Staffs were very kind and supportable. Simple kitchen is well-facilitated and 50BHD cash deposit was required to get cookware. A supermarket is operating for 24 hours at the next building and a couple of restaurant and Cafe are are reachable within 1 min. Cafe and restaurant street is within 5 min. walking distance. Gym and swing pool are good enough to exercise.

This hotel has the best staff of any hotel in any star category in Bahrain. From the manager on down, the front desk, security, room service, housekeeping, even the parking guy, the service is excellent and extremely professional. Accommodating, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are also very goo and arguably, it’s in the best location next to Adliya.

Everything is accessible within walking distance from Mart, Restaurant, Coffee Shops, Spa and Bar. Staffs are very accomodating. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy.
